The AIRTECH is a massive stationary filter system designed to exhaust entire rooms. There is no need for ducting, so positioning is easy.  Thes ystem circulates cleaned air back into the workspace.  

Evacuated fumes and particles draw into the sides of the filter unit perpendicular to the hanging filter cartridges; waste enters through louvered grates approximately 6 feet off of the ground. This orientation encourages large, heavy particles to fall below into a bin where they are held until they can be properly disposed.  A specially sized polyethylene bag can befitted into the collection bin for simple waste removal. 

The TEKA POWER-SPRAY-System works in combination with the PULSE-CONTROL microprocessor to blast compressed air overthe filter cartridges to remove particles adhered to the filter fabric.  The louvered inlets automatically close during this process to contain dust.  This cleaning system does not require excessive pressure and displacement bodies inside the filter cartridges optimize the distribution of the compressed airblasts.  This makes the cleaning gentle and causes little wear on the cartridges, resulting in increased filter life and lower replacement costs over time.    

The AIRTECH comes standard with the following equipment:

  - (6) Ø 24 inch Filter cartridges
  - Particle collection bin with sealing mechanism
  - Integrated container holds compressed air
  - Fan positioned in sound absorbing housing
  - Maintenance doors permit access to all control areas
  - Inspection window made of laminated glass enables visual filter monitoring
