The Cleanmaster suction unit employs a pocket and cassette filters for moderate to extended use in very dusty applications such as the welding of non-alloyed steel and precious metals.   

A combination of filters removes particles large and small fromthe dirtiest jobs.  The Cleanmaster is fitted with a 9 foot Ø 6 inch hose type suction arm with internal joints and is compatible with all Ø 6 inch TEKA suction arms.

A durable, long-lasting pocket filter is employed to catch large particles.  Small particles and fumes are removed by a pre-filter and a large filter cassette (separation efficiency > 99%).  Use of the pocket filter significantly extends the life of the more expensive particle filter. A lifting mechanism seals the filters to the ceiling of the housing, forcing all incoming air through the filters.  A high capacity fan draws the effluent through the unit.  Cleaned air is blown from the backside of theunit through a grill that directs the exhaust upward.
