The Caremaster is an affordable and versatile suction unit with pre-filter and cassette combination for moderate or intermittent use.  It is appropriate for evacuating and filtering fumes and particles produced by applications such as the welding of non-alloyed steels and precious metals.  

A combination of filters removes large and small particleslarge from even the dirtiest jobs.  The Cleanmaster is fitted with a 9 foot Ø 6 inch hose type suction arm withinternal joints and is compatible with all Ø 6 inch TEKA suction arms.

A heavy duty pre-filter removes large particles while small particles and fumes are removed by a large filter cassette (separation efficiency > 99%).  Use of the pocket filter significantly extends the useful life of the more expensive particle filter.  A lifting mechanism seals the filters to the ceiling of the housing, forcing all incoming air through the filters.  A high capacity fan draws the effluent through the unit and cleaned air is blown from the backside of the unit through a grill that directs the exhaust upward.
